Two seminar rooms are located on the ground floor of Hedon spa, which suit for organizing meetings or seminars.

SUPELUSE ROOM, sized 68 m² is suitable for:
70 guests in theatre style
30 guests in classroom style
24 guests U-shape

SUVITUSE ROOM, sized 32 m² is suitable for:
20 guests in theatre style
18 guests in board room style

HEDON SPA SUITE, sized 30 m² is suitable for:
8 guests in boardroom style

The price includes room rent, the use of data projector, flip chart and screen, pitchers of water, paper and pens for writing.

For evening gatherings, after the official part, our lobby area and cozy fireplace area near the lobby are the places to relax or to continue the conversations. Our restaurant with its spacious terrace directly next to the beach promenade and the courtyard of the historical mud baths, offer more privacy.

The seminar package includes:
• 1 night accommodation in a double room
• Rich breakfast with sparkling wine
• Seminar room with equipment for up to 8 hours
• Coffee, tea and flavored water with snacks on arrival
• 2-course lunch
• Unlimited use of the spa bathing area

The seminar package is available from Sunday to Thursday for groups of 10 or more guests.
This offer is valid from September 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024.

Seminar package price:
Standard room (two guests in the room) €91 per guest
Superior room (two guests in the room) €101 per guest
Standard room (one guest in the room) €126 per guest
Superior room (one guest in the room) €146 per guest

The seminar package is available Monday through Friday for groups of 10 or more guests.
This offer is valid from September 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024.

The price of the seminar package is 44€/person.

In addition:

NIGHT SPA PRIVATLY WITH YOUR FRIENDS

Have you been to the spa at night?

From 21:00-00:00 you can book the entire bathing area and the Silent spa area privately with your friends! The night spa is a great way to have a relaxing and enjoyable time with your team, business associates or even friends.

Each guest will receive body care products for the sauna ritual and we will provide a bathrobe and a large bath towel. You will be welcomed to the various spa rituals:

5 different saunas:

* tepidarium- the concentration of salt in the air is similar to that of the coastal air of the Dead Sea, 35-40 C

* caldarium- aroma steam sauna with warm stone seats, 40-50 C

* laconicum- dry sauna stone seats, aromatherapy, and color therapy, 55-65 C

* Finnish sauna

* steam sauna

You can enjoy:

* massage pool

* foot bath

* salt pool

* resting area

* low outdoor pool at 28 C (closed in winter)

 

Up to 24 guests:

Monday to Thursday: 550 EUR/3 hours

Friday to Sunday: 650 EUR/3 hours

groups of 25 and more: 18 EUR/per extra guest, 3 hours

 

To make the night spa experience even more memorable, we can order you a DJ and serve a delicious snack table. And of course, our refreshing cocktails are made in our spa bar just as you prefer.

PRIVATE SEMINAR IN SAUNA

Already in the ancient Rome the best ideas came and best agreements were made in sauna!

In Ancient Rome there was habit to execute a business agreement and even marriage deals in sauna. The sauna gave a wonderful opportunity to submit the latest news and actual topics.

Inspired by the Rome traditions we offer to our Silent spa sauna customers ancient sauna ceremonies concatenation in the modern key. Place where modern and old traditions meet. Between sauna and bathing is a possibility to relax in the spa relaxing area and to taste our wonderful tea, Hedon “Meie tee” – energizing and calming herbal tea which has been mixed just for our guests. Additionally there is possibility to order some delicious appetizers and refreshing cocktails from our sauna menu.

Think how great will be a meeting or brainstorming in bathrobe and lay down at our relaxing area! If You wish, we will also set up a piece of paperboard, notebooks, pens, etc.

Silent spa private visit (maximum 24 people):
450 EUR / 3 hours
350 EUR / 3 hours (if the group is staying in our hotel)

Extra charges will apply for groups of 25 and more: 12 EUR/per person, 3 hours
